Personal Information -The personal information you provide to us when using the application, such as your name, postal, e-mail address or telephone number will be kept confidential and used to support your relationship with eSansys Student and eSansys Teacher to notify you of special offers, updated information and new products and services from eSansys Student and eSansys Teacher, or offers from third parties that we think may be of interest to you. Agents or contractors of eSansys Student and eSansys Teacher, who are given access to your personal information will be required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for eSansys Student and eSansys Teacher.

b. Camera - eSansys Student and eSansys Teacher requires Camera access to enable app main features like, photos taken using camera will be used only for the mentioned use cases. This feature is used to upload user profile picture. 

c. Storage permission - eSansys Student and eSansys Teacher requires storage permission to enable app main features like, photos taken from gallery will be used only for the mentioned use cases. This feature is used to upload user profile picture.

Consequences of Violation:

When Sansys becomes aware of an alleged violation of its Acceptable Use Policy, Sansys will initiate an investigation. During the investigation, Sansys may restrict the Customer‘s access to prevent further possible unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, Sansys may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate the Customer’s account and pursue other civil remedies. If such a violation is a criminal offence, Sansys will notify the appropriate law enforcement department of such a violation.
